本项目由多层住宅，高层住宅，幼儿园及沿街商业，体育馆，训练中心，配套公寓等设施构成。在总体规划的指导下，本方案设计追求自然清新、经典高尚、绿意盎然的居住环境。

各住宅单体的景观均好，利用住宅单体开合变化的体验空间，结合周边有利的城市绿化带为借景，创造出端庄大气的中央景观轴，怡人的组团景观空间，便捷的老幼活动区域。保证了户户均好的景观共享和采光日照，为业主创造怡人的住区景观的同时，让本案很好地融入周边环境，对城市空间环境的塑造起到了积极的作用。
